Philosophy, technology and education.
I am Tobias Alencastro Silva, a PhD candidate in Knowledge Engineering and Management and a Master of Science in Scientific and Technological Education, as well as a Bachelor of Philosophy, with part of my undergraduate studies completed at the University of Warsaw.
I believe it is not enough merely to reflect on the impact of technology on education — one must intervene in practice. That is why my work goes beyond theory: I build AI evaluation protocols, diagnose institutions' level of technological maturity, and help translate complex regulatory frameworks into safe and actionable guidelines.
I offer lectures, training programmes and readiness assessments for educational institutions that want to integrate technology with intentionality and safety.
